We are now living in our new dream home, thanks to her quick and efficient work getting our new purchase agreement signed, getting our previous house on the market, and selling it in less than a week. Shannon is the ultimate real estate professional. In both selling and service she cannot be beat! For example our recent home was priced, photographed, listed, and had a sign up with flyer attached, and had been placed on Zillow very quickly. She prepared a showing for other realtors, and daily kept us informed about prospective buyers and their comments. When an offer was made, she represented our interest fairly and quickly and gave us good insight into the quality of the offer. Our home was sold in a period of only ten days. This is the third time Shannon has served us in buying and selling our homes. My wife and I could not recommend her more highly.

Shannon is a wonderful agent to work with regardless of if you are buying or selling. She gets to know what's important to the client and the best steps to take in the buying or selling process. She is extremely personable and communicates well with suggestions to give you the best possible outcome. We have 5 deals this year either directly or indirectly with me with one of them still pending due to construction issues. She works tirelessly day after day as though you are the most important person in her business. I cannot say enough about Shannon except that you will never be disappointed working with her.

We had a wonderful experience working with Shannon. From the outset, she was professional, respectful, yet not afraid of speak her mind drawing on her local expertise and experience in industry. She kept us well informed of the entire process from start to finish and followed through with everything she said she was going to do. We always felt Shannon had our best interest in mind as we worked through the negotiation process. As we closed on our house, we could tell the Escrow officer respected Shannon and that made us feel good about the person who was representing us. Shannon was great. She worked hard on our behalf and it was obvious very knowledgeable about the local real estate market.

Shannon went above and beyond to help us in our search for our "forever home". She made sure from the beginning that not only did we find the perfect home, but that all of the details of the transaction were taken care of. Not only does Shannon know the local market but she was able to help us understand what things would look like with future developments in the area. This made us feel at ease that not only where we buying our perfect home for today, but it would be our perfect home 20 years from now. Thank you Shannon for going above and beyond our expectations.
